How do deposits work?
Buyers pay a deposit (default 30%) when they order. The balance is charged from their saved card before delivery.
Do I deliver or do they collect?
Delivery is the default - buyers enter an address. You can switch products to collection if you prefer.
What if the balance charge fails?
Vendl retries and emails the buyer a link. The load stays on hold until the balance clears.
Do I need a website?
No. Share a link or print a QR.
